A full bodied, dry red wine, with aromas of blackberry, smoke, and clove, with hints of leather, anise, and thyme. The palate has a dense, hedonistic tannin character driven by flavors of black cherry and mocha. Notes of tobacco, leather, and dried tarragon round out the flavor profile. This balanced and age-worthy red is a great pairing for hearty grilled meats and game. A great partner for rich, blue-vein cheeses such as Humbolt Fog or a braised veal osso buco.

2016 Rosé Available: Sold Out $26.00
Our 2016 Rosé is fermented to dryness. We selected complimentary lots from our cellar to construct this blend, similar to the fashion of Provence. Combining some saignée wine with the press wines produced a bright, aromatic rosé with medium tannin showing notes of strawberry, cherry, and watermelon. This fruit-forward rosé wine gives the impression of balance, harmony, and unctuous drinkability. The 2016 Rosé is an ideal wine for a barbecue or simply as an accompaniment for a board of charcuterie and some nice cheese.

A delightful wine with elegant minerality. 85% Roussanne and 15% Orange Muscat for aromatics. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks from 100% Texas High Plains fruit. The nose opens with aromas of dried apricot, apple, pear, and lime zest. Followed up by hints of lilac, honey suckle and herbal tea. On the pallet you will find a well-balanced, medium-bodied white wine with bright acidity. Flavors of nectarine, peach, and pear, with notes of white pepper and roasted pecan. A fantastic food wine that would pair nicely with lobster, grilled chicken, or Mahi tacos.
